I cooked this soup every week for my family. It is sweet and my boys favourite soup. The apple cubes are addictive! It is also a good source of vitamin C and fiber-rich. I understand it can even fight infection!

Shopping List (For 4 Pax)
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 Apples (Depending on the size of the apple)
- 6 Red Dates (Pitted)
- 2 Tbsp of Wolfberries
- 6 bowls of water
- Pork Ribs (Blanched. 3 pieces)
- 1 Dried Tangerine (Optional)

Cooking Steps
Step 1: Cut the peeled apples into cubes
Step 2: Add Pork Ribs to boiling water
Step 3: Add the red dates, dried tangerine and apples into the boiling water
Step 4: Simmer 1.5 – 2hr with low heat
Step 5: Add wolfberries and simmer for another 5 mins
Step 6: Let it rest awhile. Ready to Serve
Notes: When I use a thermal pot, I usually boil for 30 to 45 minutes and place in my thermal pot.
