想在新加坡寻找海鲜自助餐?如果你喜欢海鲜、各式面食和丰富的甜点,不妨把新加坡富丽敦酒店 Town Restaurant 的海鲜自助晚餐列入你的美食清单!
I recently tried their Treasures of The Sea Dinner Buffet buffet, and there were quite a few dishes that caught my attention. From a whole crispy barramundi served to the table to a noodle station where you can customise your own bowl, there’s plenty to explore. And if you’re someone who always saves room for dessert, you’ll want to read on!

Crispy Fried Whole Barramundi for Every Table!
A WHOLE crispy barramundi served to every table? Now that’s a buffet highlight! 😍
The seafood selection is definitely one of the highlights of a seafood buffet, especially for those who enjoy indulging in a variety of ocean-fresh flavours. From succulent seafood to the crispy whole barramundi served to each table, there are plenty of options to look forward to. I especially enjoyed having the fish freshly served at the table, with its crispy skin and tender meat making it a standout dish. I liked that each table gets its own fish, so there’s no need to rush to the buffet line hoping to get a portion!
My tip: Enjoy it while it’s hot to make the most of the crispy skin and tender fish.

Abalone Truffle Soba & DIY Noodle Station
Noodle lovers, this one’s for you! The Abalone Truffle Soba has a lovely earthy truffle aroma that pairs well with the abalone, making it a nice option if you’re looking for something a little different from the usual buffet dishes.
There’s also a DIY noodle station where you can customise your own bowl with a selection of toppings, including slipper lobster. 🦞 It’s a fun way to mix and match your favourite ingredients and create a bowl to your liking.

The Dessert Spread Is Definitely a Must-Try!
If there’s one thing I’d recommend saving tummy space for, it’s the dessert spread! 🍰
There’s a lovely variety of sweet treats to explore, including macarons, assorted ice cream, chocolate lava cake and a chocolate fountain. Whether you prefer little bites of something sweet or a rich chocolate dessert, there’s plenty to tempt you.
The variety is definitely worth checking out, so don’t fill yourself up too much with the savoury dishes before heading over to the dessert selection! Watch my Instagram Reel to see the wide variety!
My personal highlight was the Durian Pengat. Rich, creamy and packed with that distinctive durian flavour, it’s a must-try for durian lovers.
My tip: If you enjoy trying different flavour combinations, have your Durian Pengat with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It’s a lovely way to round off your meal!

Is Town Restaurant Worth Visiting for a Seafood Buffet?
If you’re planning your next buffet outing in Singapore, Town Restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is worth considering for its seafood offerings, table-served crispy barramundi, DIY noodle station and dessert selection.
The whole crispy barramundi was a highlight, while the abalone truffle soba offered something different from the usual buffet fare. And for those with a sweet tooth, the dessert variety is definitely not to be missed!
Whether you’re planning a family dinner, catching up with friends or simply in the mood for a seafood feast, it’s another buffet spot to add to your Singapore dining list.
