Do you like Kueh Lapis Legit?
Kueh Lapis Legit is a traditional Dutch-Indonesian spiced ‘thousand layer’ cake. It is loaded with spice-laden batter and many egg yolks and butter. Haha. Sound very sinful and DELICIOUS haha. It is one of my favourite cake. I will always buy for Chinese New Year as gift to my family.
This year I decided to order from Drips Bakery Cafe via Grab Food. Drips Bakery Cafe is popular for their tarts. I wasn’t sure whether to go for it. Luckily I go for it after my friend gave good review. It is filled with Chinese New Year feel. Love that they added the 2 Koi and 福 🧧. Looks so gorgeous. Refreshing change from the usual classic design. The spices is not overly strong and most importantly not overly sweet and oily too. Glad that I got it delivered using Grab Food. Save my time and effort to go out and buy as I was very busy with Spring Cleaning.
