Free-Flow Starters: Caesar Salad & Cotoletta di Pollo

Next, the starters arrived promptly, and we loved the interactive dining experience.
The service staff walked around with large family-style serving bowls, dishing crisp romaine lettuce, sweet cherry tomatoes, and shaved parmesan directly onto our plates for the Caesar Salad. It was fresh, creamy, and light.
The Cotoletta di Pollo was like bite-sized chicken parmigiana! Golden breaded chicken breast topped with rich marinara sauce and melted mozzarella. It was piping hot with a satisfying crunch. Love that it is tender and juicy!
Pasta Highlights: Creamy Truffle Ravioli & Rigatoni alla Norma

Next came the pasta courses, which you can refill as much as you like:
1. Ravioli ai Porcini with Truffle Cream
This was easily one of our table favourites. The pillowy ravioli parcels were coated in a velvety mushroom cream sauce with deep truffle aromas that coated every bite without feeling overly cloying.
2. Rigatoni with Tomato & Eggplant
Cooked perfectly al dente, the tubular pasta ridges caught the sweet and tangy tomato sugo beautifully. The soft, braised eggplant melted into the pasta for a rustic, comforting flavor.
Championship Neapolitan Pizzas: Fluffy Crusts & Generous Slices! 🍕

Overall, the star of the show is, without question, the pizza. Chef Vincenzo Capuano is famous for his contemporary Neapolitan style using Caputo Nuvola super-fine flour, cold-fermented for up to 48 hours. The result? A puffed-up, aerated rim (cornicione) that is feather-light and easy to digest.
In addition, in Naples, pizzas are traditionally cut using scissors to preserve the delicate airy pockets in the dough—and Vincenzo Capuano brings this fun tradition right to your table! We used the signature gold shears to snip each warm slice ourselves.

The Marinara / Aglio e Olio slice was huge—nearly the length of my entire face! It was bursting with tomato brightness, fragrant garlic, and oregano.
The Pesto Basilico was another standout, topped with vibrant green basil pesto, melted fior di latte, sweet cherry tomatoes, and toasted pine nuts for a nutty crunch.
You also can’t go wrong with their Classic Margherita. It has everything you want in a contemporary Neapolitan pie: fragrant basil, melted mozzarella, and charred blistered crust pockets.
Sweet Endings: Amarena Crema & Birthday Tiramisu 🍰

Finally, we rounded off our lunch with dessert.
The Amarena Crema was served in a charming blue-and-white Amarena Fabbri ceramic footed cup. We dug our spoons into layers of silky custard cream paired with rich, molten chocolate ganache—pure decadence! It melts very fast so hurry and finish it when they are served.
Since we were celebrating a birthday, we also enjoyed a gorgeous slice of their Celebration Tiramisu. Dusted with dark cocoa, topped with crushed pistachio nuts, and garnished with an exotic golden cape gooseberry (physalis), complete with a festive candle! So Flavourful.
💡 Tips for Your Visit
- Book in Advance: The $28++ “La Vita È Bella” lunch runs Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM (90-minute dining limit, last seating at 2:00 PM, last food order at 2:30 PM).
- Alfresco vs. Indoor: If the weather is breezy, request the alfresco veranda by the leafy Robertson Quay courtyard—it feels like a little slice of Italy in Singapore and is great for family photos.
- Save Tummy Space: The pizzas are remarkably light and digestible thanks to the long-fermented Caputo Nuvola dough, but the pastas and cotoletta are deceptively filling! Pace yourself so you can sample multiple pizza varieties.
