ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove Singapore’s award-winning Cantonese restaurant, WOK°15 Kitchen, has unveiled a luxurious selection of Snow Skin Mooncakes for 2021! It has 4 exquisite flavours: Lady Ispahan, Yuzu Lotus, Grand Marnier Chocolate and Premium Mao Shan Wang.

Lady Ispahan
Filled with refreshing raspberry pate de fruits and lychee bavarois encased in a delicate layer of lychee snow skin. My family’s favourite! It is very fruity and refreshing. A great harmony of raspberry and lychee! Very smooth and love the different burst of textures and flavours!

Yuzu Lotus
Filled with a creamy lotus paste, crunchy lotus seeds and bursts of zesty yuzu jelly wrapped in lemon-scented snow skin! Great for Yuzu Lovers! Great refreshing taste of citrus. Leaves you asking for more!

Grand Marnier Chocolate
Filled with dark chocolate ganache, chocolate pearls and subtle hints of orange peel encased in bittersweet cacao snow skin for a rich and deep flavour. Great for chocolate lovers! I love the touch of orange peel. It is ingenious! It brings out the aroma and introduces more flavours to just chocolate. The chocolate pearls also add layers of texture to it!

Premium Mao Shan Wang
Filled with 100% pure luscious Mao Shan Wang durian flesh wrapped in charcoal snow skin. This is definitely the love of Durian lovers! The durian filling is very smooth and creamy. Perhaps it will be more perfect if the stringy fibers are still visible.

These are definitely great gift ideas! I will also highly recommend the Snowskin and White Lotus Set $68+ I like that they have created the set of 2 snow skin mooncakes and 2 baked mooncakes so that we can enjoy the best of both worlds. I have always been a fan of snow skin mooncakes but I also miss the traditional baked mooncakes as well. A box of 4 baked moon cakes often may be too much for my small family, the Snowskin and White Lotus Set will be perfect!
