Yu Sheng. A popular dish in this festive joyous period. PLENTYFULL Yu sheng is inspired by the flavours of South Thailand and North of Malaysia. They use vegetables like Green Papya Shreds, Beetroot Shreds and Watermelon Radish. The Yu Sheng look so tempting and appetising with all the beautiful colours! It is a refreshing change that they use yellowtail hamachi instead of the usual salmon. Plentyfull is not just a restaurant. They are also a gourmet sourcer and made everything from scratch with the fresh produce sourced from famers and artisans.

The “5 Elements” comprises of Burdock Root, Carrot, Shiitake Mushroom, Radish and Radish Leaves. Great idea that they serve it in the coconut husk. The coconut fragrance flew out when I remove the husk cap. The soup has hints of the coconut sweetness. ELEMEN offers a delicious meat-free dining experience. Great for vegetables lovers!

Wagyu Beef Tataki is tossed with chopped salad (Shitake Mushrooms, Red Onion, Broccoli, Snow Peas, Wakame, Quinoa, Brown Rice and Romain Lettuce). Their salad dressing are all specially craftedd by award winning Chef Teppei Yamashita. I like the sesame dressing that goes with the salad. A bit of salty with hints of sweetness.

Oyster and Scallops are always my favourites. The oyster is deep fried but it is still so plump and juicy. the scallops are also very fresh and succulent. Outside crispy and crunchy. Inside is so juicy and fresh. Established since 1966, SABOTEN is one of the largest tonkatsu restaurant chains in Japan.
