This is my first time to Bali! Heard so much about Bali from my family and friends. Lovely Nice Sea Scenery. My chance has arrive when my family decided to go for a 5 days 4 night trip over the weekend. Our flight was at 4+pm. We managed to check in at Uppala Suite and going to stay there for 2 nights. It is located near Seminyak. Luckily we have private transport to get there as it seems quite inaccessible. I guess a lot of the vila in Bali are always like that. Our 2-storey suite was equipped with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. There is also a private small pool. It is troublesome as it is 2-storey. We have to climb up and down. Exercise time!

Wahaha claims that they have the best pork ribs in Bali. Their pig logo is so cute. We ordered their pork rib (120,000 rupiah, ~S$12.48) and steak (176,000 rupiah, ~S$18.30). They were juicy and tender. Their sauce were also flavourful.

Many of my friends highly recommended to try dirty duck. An interesting name. We ordered the dirty duck with rice. The duck is indeed very crispy and yummy. It is a must try! The service was a bit slow and the waiting queue was long.
After 2 nights staying at Uppala Suites, We move and check into Uppala Vila. It is 1 bedroom Vila. The pool is much bigger. The bedroom and bathroom is huge. The kitchen and bath room is open air. We went for spa at the Vila. 2 hours of massage including body scrub only cost S$20!

BBQ seafood! My favourite! Too bad they don’t have my All-Time favourite STINGRAY! Their seafood were quite fresh. We ordered 2 plates of red snappers, prawns, squids, crabs and vegetables! So much food. It cost us about 1,410,000 rupiah ~S$146.64. Quite reasonably price. It was quite hot but it is nice to sit by the beach and eat seafood

It seems long since my last Chinese meal. We went to have mixed seafood porridge with fried doughsticks. Wow they only make it when you order. The porridge is so smooth. The doughsticks is crispy. We ordered dumplings for dessert. They only make it when we order. Hence, there was quite a bit of waiting time. The dumpling were great with ginger soup.

We decided to try Balinese food before we go back to Singapore. Nice Ambience. The place was empty when we reach. Doesn’t give a good first impression. There were also quite a lot of mosquitoes. Luckily the food make up for it. We ordered ayam betutu, vegetables, Nasi Goreng, Vegetables, Fried Furong Egg, Tom Yum Soup. They even take effort to decorate their plain rice with a green cap. They got other different type of cuisine. Chinese, Thai as well. It was really cheap. The whole meal cost us about S$60.
